Tammy (Glivinski) Saben
Tammy founded Glivinski & Associates in 1999 to help small and mid-sized organizations manage their business administration and financial needs. A high-honors graduate of Suffolk University with over 45 years of accounting, personnel and business management experience, Tammy has assisted startups, established Fortune companies, and many non-profit organizations, as well as government funded agencies in creating financial and human resource infrastructure to insure sustainability and growth through challenging and competitive economic conditions. Her proven success in strategic planning, team development and management has been appreciated by dozens of organizations throughout Massachusetts.
Tammy’s corporate management experience prior to Glivinski & Associates includes 8 years as corporate controller of a $12 million insurance company and 12 years of regional management with Oxford Global Resources and Robert Half, Inc. She believes that even the smallest of organizations in a micro-community deserve to learn and implement sound business practices and people management that large successful corporations employ. She is committed to helping local businesses thrive.
In addition to her professional career, Tammy has volunteered for a number of local Cape Cod nonprofits and is the current Chair of the Board of Trustees at Cape Cod Community College, a member of the Board of Directors, Audit & Community Engagement Committees at Cape Cod 5 Bank, a board member of the Cape & Islands United Way, and the Treasurer of the Mass Housing & Climate Innovation Center and The Friends of Children’s Cove.
Heather Ricciardi
Heather Ricciardi has over 20 years of experience spanning sales, account management, and operations across various facets of the medical, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing sectors. She brings a wealth of expertise in people management, supply chain management, operations, and strategic planning. She is known best for her collaborative spirit and has successfully navigated many complex challenges and driven growth across multiple domains.
As a driven leader and strategic thinker, Heather excels in identifying opportunities to create value and enhance operational efficiency. Her comprehensive understanding of many varying industry nuances, coupled with a proven track record of innovative problem-solving, enables her to deliver results that align with both short-term objectives and long-term goals.
Heather’s approach is characterized by meticulous planning and a commitment to fostering robust client relationships. By leveraging her extensive background and forward-thinking strategies, she continues to lead with integrity and vision, consistently achieving excellence in all endeavors.
In addition to her professional career, Heather has also served in different roles on the board of Professional Women in Healthcare for 14 years and currently sits on the Executive board of The Cape and Islands United Way.
